Delivery Service Associate (Full-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY

Ready to join a winning team? 7 Degrees Logistics is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to add to our final mile delivery team. As a 7 Degrees Logistics  delivery service representative, you will primarily be responsible for timely execution of loading your van/truck each morning and delivering packages to residential and commercial customers on a designated route.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering packages safely and efficiently (est 22 packages an hour)
  • Communicating with dispatch throughout each day 
  • Operating a motor vehicle 
  • Possessing a valid driver’s license 
  • Adhering to stated uniform or dress code guidelines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to drive standard (manual) van or truck 
  • Ability to work outside in various climates and weather conditions 
  • Available to work a standard 40 hour work week and overtime when required 
  • Minimum 21  years of age 
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Clean Motor Vehicle record. No at-fault accidents in the past 18 months
  • Must be able to pass initial drug screening, with random screenings completed throughout the year

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, PERKS

  • $15  per hour with potential overtime
